Threatening revenge

As a matter of law that involves three things:

(i) a threat to do an act which would harm another person

(ii) knowledge or belief that the person threatened had assisted in an investigation into an offence; and

(iii) the making of the threat because of the knowledge or belief that person had assisted in investigation
