Click on the link below for an index of all the cases included in the back copies of Recent Developments in Housing law included on this site.  The index is a Word Document which is searchable (control F) for names of cases and some key words.  When you have found which month's Recent Developments the case you want appeared in and have gone into that month's file, you can avoid scrolling down that PDF file, by searching, using the "find" facility in the tool bar for a word from the case name.
